Boy Scout Relays 2002
The Boy Scout Relays were held on June 8th, 2002 at East Los Angeles College.

This is the 1600 meter run, 15-16 year old division.
You have to wonder why he didn't come in first place.

I love to see the Scout spirit.
Is it just me or are these boys actually floating in mid-air?
Maybe I've just seen The Matrix too many times.
